How and how long may I store cinnamon roll dough?

  • I only want to make one.
    What about the icing?


  • seal it air tight and freeze it, in small individual portions. So that when you want to do it again in the future you will not have to defrost out the whole package...

    the same with what ever topping you choice.....


  • Prepare the cinnamon roll dough

    Take one OR two and put the rest in the freezer

    Bake the one you took in the oven for 13 minutes . Oven temperature must be set at 140 F

    Once it gets bigger and bigger , take it out the oven . Spread over some cream as desire

    Enjoy a home-made cinnamon roll


  • Bake them all, eat one and put the rest in the freezer. Once you pop the container open you can't store it.
